X3 MVR ("the Service") is operated by X3 Fleet Safety LLC ("X3," "we," "us"). The Service helps motor carriers obtain motor vehicle records (MVRs), receive plain-language reviews tied to 49 CFR 391 and CSA, and enroll drivers in ongoing record monitoring.
Motor vehicle records are consumer reports obtained through a credentialed third-party screening provider. The driver's FCRA disclosure and written authorization are captured and held by that provider before any record is pulled. As the employer, you certify a permissible purpose for each driver under the Driver's Privacy Protection Act (DPPA). X3 operates the workflow on your behalf as your service provider.

One-time record pulls and monitoring subscriptions are billed as described at purchase. Government and DMV record fees vary by state and are passed through at cost. Monitoring may be cancelled at any time; fees already incurred are non-refundable.
Record content, availability, and timing are controlled by state agencies and our provider. We do not guarantee that any record is complete, current, or error-free, or that monitoring will capture every change instantly.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, X3's total liability arising from the Service is limited to the fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
